You are responsible for conducting and coordinating investigations involving intermediaries, employees, and customer protection-related matters, supporting the review of products from a customer protection perspective, monitoring Customer Protection Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), preparing management and regulatory reports, and assisting in compliance reviews, audits, remediation activities, and advisory services to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, Allianz standards, and internal policies. Responsibilities of the Role 1. Compliance Investigations - Conducts and coordinates investigations involving intermediaries, employees, and Customer Protection-related matters and supports the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring timely resolution of identified issues. 2. Customer Protection Monitoring, Product Review and KRI Management - Supports the implementation of the Customer Protection Program through risk monitoring, Product Review activities, KRI reporting, and second-line oversight activities. 3. Customer Protection Advisory and Governance Support - Supports Customer Protection governance activities through advisory, training, awareness, and policy maintenance. 4. Reporting, Reviews and Continuous Improvement - Supports reporting, monitoring, audit, and assurance activities relating to Customer Protection and Compliance Investigations Requirements for the Role - At least 3 years experience in a Compliance Function (handling Customer Protection / Distribution or Sales compliance) in an Insurance Company or in a Financial Institution - Experience in conducting investigation - Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Good verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and/or innovative skills - Good judgment enabling the provision of sound advice in areas of regulations and practice - An inquisitive approach to practices, procedures, and specific transactions - Independence and robustness - Working knowledge of rules and regulations governing the Philippine affiliates. - Working knowledge of the life insurance and mutual fund businesses, including products and internal administrative processes - Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training. - Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
