Join Fulton Hogan as a Transport Compliance Coordinator based at our Minto, NSW facility and play a key role in promoting safe, compliant, and efficient transport operations across our business. In this position, you'll work closely with operational teams, drivers, subcontractors, and leaders to ensure transport activities meet all legislative and company compliance requirements. This is an opportunity to take ownership of transport compliance processes, conduct audits and site inspections, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help foster a strong culture of safety and accountability. You'll be empowered to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and contribute to the ongoing success of Fulton Hogan's transport operations. How you'll connect to the role To be successful in this role, you'll bring experience in transport compliance, fleet operations, logistics, safety, or a related field. You'll have a sound understanding of transport legislation and compliance requirements, along with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the business. We're looking for someone who can also demonstrate: Strong knowledge of NHVR requirements, Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and transport compliance obligations. Experience conducting compliance audits, site inspections, investigations, and risk assessments. The ability to monitor and maintain compliance records, including driver licences, work diaries, inductions, competencies, permits, and vehicle documentation. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively with drivers, subcontractors, supervisors, and operational teams. Experience investigating compliance incidents, breaches, non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions. The ability to deliver coaching, training, and guidance on transport compliance requirements and best practices. Strong reporting and administrative skills, including preparing audit reports, compliance documentation, and recommendations for operational leaders. A proactive approach to safety, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive compliance culture across fleet and transport operations. Dangerous Goods experience is advantageous; however, training can be provided. Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
