About the Role: As we grow this exciting new offering, we’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Compliance Consultant to join our team. In this role, you as an experienced compliance consultants will work closely with clients to establish a complete compliance system from the ground up. The process typically spans over multiple days and when necessary can include days at the practice location, ensuring a thorough and tailored implementation. You will provide comprehensive support to clients throughout their entire CQC registration process. Assisting with submitting applications, assessing their current compliance status and when necessary setting up their compliance systems. Once the clients registration is complete, you will continue to support their ongoing compliance journey - ensuring they are always inspection ready should you receive notice from the CQC. Our offering will include health checks services, which provides a thorough evaluation of practice's current compliance status. Using your expertise, you will identify any weaknesses or areas of non-compliance that may pose a risk. Following the assessment, you will create and deliver a detailed written action plan designed to help clients meet all relevant CQC, NHS, and GDC standards and requirements. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare compliance, with a specific understanding of the dental industry’s regulations from various bodies, including the General Dental Council (GDC), NHS Regulations and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You'll help shape our new service, and play a key role in transforming compliance from a burden into a strength for our clients. Key Responsibilities: · Ability to work independently and manage workload. · Promote the services the firm provides, to ensure an increase of clients. Support clients with clinical and administrative processes to ensure compliance with GDC, NHS and CQC regulations. Develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures tailored to the dental practice environment. Provide industry regulations training for clients when needed. Assist with the preparation for regulatory inspections. Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or incidents, maintaining clear records and reporting findings. Stay current with evolving laws, guidelines, and best practices relevant to dental compliance. Create and maintain a compliance calendar to track important deadlines, license renewals, and required training sessions. Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or dental compliance. In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards affecting dental practices. Experience conducting audits and supporting with staff training. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently. Experience: Dental Practice Compliance : 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
