Compensation & Benefits Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Payroll, Attendance & Compensation Management Monitor attendance, annual leave, overtime, monthly payroll and employee bonuses in accordance with company policies and regulations. Review attendance records, annual leave, overtime, monthly incentives, and holiday bonuses for operational employees. Manage the payroll process, including salary advances, monthly payroll calculation, and salary/bonus payment procedures. Handle and respond to employees' inquiries and concerns regarding salary, bonuses, and other compensation-related matters. Social Insurance & Employee Benefits Review the accuracy, completeness, and validity of C&B-related documents and supporting records. Perform monthly reconciliation of Social Insurance (SI) data and handle relevant procedures and issues with the Social Insurance authority. Prepare and process all required documentation for employees participating in and claiming Social Insurance and Health Insurance benefits in compliance with applicable regulations. Personal Income Tax (PIT) Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations and coordinate with the Accounting team on annual tax finalization procedures with the tax authority. Handle end-to-end PIT-related matters, including tax identification number registration/termination, dependent registration, personal deduction updates, employee tax data maintenance, and annual PIT data reconciliation. Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of employees' PIT records and data. Employee Relations Maintain and update employee information and HR data on HR systems/software. Implement employee compensation, benefits, and welfare policies in accordance with company regulations. Manage employment contract processes, including post-probation contract signing and contract renewal assessments. Prepare HR-related documents, including appointment, dismissal, disciplinary actions, contract termination, and other employee-related decisions. Employee Records & HR Data Management Organize, maintain, update, and safeguard employee records, including payroll documents, promotion/transfer records, salary adjustment requests, disciplinary records, and offboarding/handover documents. Collect, organize, and maintain employee-related documentation and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information and HR databases. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and compensation data. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Line Manager. REQUIREMENT Bachelor's or College degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in C&B, with solid hands-on experience in payroll, social insurance, PIT, and employee relations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Intermediate to upper-intermediate English communication skills. Good knowledge of labor law, employee relations, personal income tax, and Trade Union regulations.
