# Company Nurse **Premier Physic Metrologie** · Mandaluyong · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 11 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. - Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license. - Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training for Occupational Health Nurses. - Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices, first aid, and basic emergency response. - Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidential medical records. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Willing to work full-time and on-site. Key Responsibilities Employee Health and Medical Assistance - Provide first aid, basic medical assistance, and initial health assessments to employees. - Monitor employee health conditions and provide necessary medical guidance and follow-ups. - Coordinate annual physical examinations (APE), medical clearances, and return-to-work assessments. - Monitor and maintain first aid supplies, medicines, and clinic equipment. Workplace Health and Safety Monitoring - Conduct regular rounds and scheduled visits to different departments to assess workplace health conditions and identify potential health hazards. - Document workplace health observations, identified risks, and recommended preventive measures. - Coordinate with department heads and the Safety Officer to address workplace health concerns. - Assist in implementing occupational health, safety, and employee wellness programs. Health Monitoring and Documentation - Maintain accurate and updated employee medical records, health monitoring logs, and consultation reports. - Record and monitor employee illnesses, medical consultations, and work-related health concerns. - Prepare periodic health monitoring reports, including findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions. - Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee medical information. - Assist in preparing health-related reports and documentation required for DOLE compliance. HR Coordination and Other Duties - Coordinate with HR regarding medical certificates, sick leave documentation, and return-to-work clearances. - Conduct health awareness activities and promote employee wellness. - Perform other health-related and administrative tasks as needed.
