Company: Ideal Designer Decoration Co. L.L.C. Industry: Interior Fit-Out & Joinery Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Ideal Designer Decoration Co. L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Company Manager with a strong background in the interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or related industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, project performance, manpower, production, commercial activities, and coordination between departments. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall daily operations of the company. Coordinate with Project, Site, Production, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Design teams. Monitor ongoing interior fit-out and joinery projects to ensure timely completion. Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and budgets. Monitor manpower allocation, workshop production, site progress, and project schedules. Conduct management meetings and follow up on departmental action items. Maintain good relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Review project profitability, operational costs, procurement requirements, and resource utilization. Resolve project, production, client, and internal coordination issues. Ensure company procedures and safety requirements are followed. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven managerial experience is mandatory . Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery operations is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Good knowledge of project management, commercial matters, joinery production, and site execution. UAE experience is highly preferred. UAE Driving Licence is an advantage. General Employment Statement Relevant industry experience is mandatory . Candidates applying for professional or management positions must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification related to the position . Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
