Job Description Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate records Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives Ensure financial operations comply with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and government regulations Support payroll processing and benefits administration Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements Establish and maintain internal control procedures Assist with annual audits and internal audits Coordinate with restaurant managers and other departments for smooth financial operations Supervise accounting assistants or support staff Requirements Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards (SFRS) and tax regulations Proficiency in accounting software Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills Experience in supervising or managing a team Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays 57 Employment Agency Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore since 2018.
