We do not accept medical insurance of any kind. Our goal is to serve individuals and families who pay out of pocket for companion care services. Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing, confident, and results-driven professional to promote Primrose New York, build community relationships, and acquire new private-pay customers. This hands-on role combines field marketing, public speaking, media outreach, and client acquisition. Responsibilities - Visit senior centers, community facilities, churches, and local events to promote our services and distribute flyers and brochures. - Speak directly with potential customers and families about our companion care services. - Secure speaking engagements at community organizations, senior centers, caregiver groups, and relevant events. - Pursue opportunities for news interviews, podcasts, radio appearances, and local media coverage. - Participate in promotional videos, interviews, and on-camera content. - Build referral relationships with elder-law attorneys, senior organizations, and other relevant professionals. - Follow up with interested families and referral sources to generate paying customers. - Track outreach activities, qualified leads, speaking engagements, and results. Qualifications - Experience in community outreach, sales, marketing, public relations, or client acquisition. - Strong communication, networking, and public speaking skills. - Comfortable approaching people, distributing flyers, delivering presentations, and speaking on camera. - Able to pursue media opportunities and build professional relationships. - Self-motivated, professional, and willing to travel to outreach locations throughout NYC. - Experience in companion care, senior services, or a similar industry is a plus. Our Goal We need someone who will actively promote our company and help bring in actual private-pay customers . Simply posting on social media or distributing flyers without generating leads is not enough. We want someone who can create opportunities, build relationships, and help grow our business.
