This is a hands-on role for someone with a few years’ marketing experience who is comfortable delivering events and social activity, but also wants to develop their career towards community management and industry engagement. You’ll support the planning and delivery of Diginius events, manage day-to-day social activity and help create engaging content. Alongside this, you’ll help us build stronger relationships with our growing network of agencies, partners and digital advertising professionals. The role reports into the Head of Marketing and will work closely with our Sales, Account Management and wider commercial teams About Diginius Diginius is a fast-growing London-based software and solutions provider operating across digital advertising, technology and consulting. As Microsoft Advertising’s largest global channel partner and TikTok’s first badged partner, Diginius supports digital marketing agencies across more than 60 countries through our technology, media partnerships and specialist support. Key Responsibilities Community & Industry Engagement - Help build and engage the Diginius community across our agency and partner network. - Develop relationships with agency contacts, customers and wider digital advertising industry professionals. - Identify opportunities to involve customers and partners in webinars, events, interviews, case studies and other content. - Support the development of regular community initiatives including webinars, roundtables, networking sessions and educational content. - Monitor industry conversations, trends and topics that are relevant to our community and feed ideas back into the wider team. - Work closely with Sales and Account Management to identify customer success stories, advocates and contributors. - Help ensure Diginius has an active and credible presence within the wider digital advertising industry. Events - Support the planning and coordination of company events, including exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, customer events and product launches. - Liaise with vendors, venues, partners and other stakeholders. - Manage event logistics and support on-site delivery. - Work with Sales and Account Management on attendee lists, event briefings, follow-up activity and internal communications. - Help maintain the events calendar and associated outreach plans. - Support the development of event content, speakers and sessions where appropriate. Social Media & Content - Manage day-to-day activity across Diginius social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and Reddit. - Create and schedule engaging content around events, products, partnerships, customer stories and industry topics. - Look beyond company updates to identify content that provides genuine value to our agency and digital advertising audience. - Monitor relevant industry conversations, competitor activity and emerging trends. - Support the creation of blogs, newsletters, interviews, webinars and other marketing content. - Help develop a consistent voice and personality for Diginius across our external channels. Wider Marketing Support - Work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure community, events and social activity align with wider business priorities. - Support internal communications including newsletters and company announcements. - Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Account Management and Partnerships on campaigns and initiatives. - Support additional marketing projects as the role and business continue to grow. About You We’re looking for someone who combines strong execution skills with the confidence and ambition to take on increasing responsibility for our community over time. Ideally, you will have: - 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, events, social media, content or community-focused roles. - Experience or a strong interest in digital advertising, digital marketing, agencies, AdTech or related industries. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Confidence engaging with customers, partners and industry contacts. - Strong social media instincts, particularly across LinkedIn and professional communities. - Good written communication skills and the ability to create engaging content. - Strong organisational skills and confidence managing events, deadlines and multiple projects. - A natural interest in what is happening across the digital advertising industry. - The initiative to identify ideas and opportunities rather than simply working from a task list. - Confidence representing Diginius at events and within the wider industry. Experience running webinars, creating content, attending industry events or working within an agency, publisher, platform or AdTech business would be an advantage.
