Main Mission The Community Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and engaging the company’s or clients’ digital communities across various social media networks and online platforms. The role focuses on strengthening brand image, increasing community engagement, and ensuring consistent, attractive, and effective digital communication. The Community Manager also contributes to the implementation of the digital communication strategy through the creation of relevant content, performance monitoring, and market trend analysis. 2. Main Responsibilities Social Media Management and Community Engagement Manage, animate, and moderate the company’s or clients’ social media platforms. Develop engagement and strengthen relationships with online communities. Respond to comments, messages, and user inquiries within appropriate response times. Continuously monitor communities and digital trends. Ensure consistent brand positioning across all digital channels. Content Creation and Management Write and publish content adapted to different digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create or coordinate the creation of engaging visual and audiovisual content. Adapt content according to marketing objectives and target audiences. Maintain and organize image libraries, video assets, and other digital resources. Digital Strategy and Communication Participate in the development and implementation of digital communication and social media campaigns. Develop strategies to improve community visibility and engagement. Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, and Sales teams to ensure consistency of actions. Coordinate with internal teams regarding new products, services, and features. Performance Monitoring and Analysis Monitor social media and digital campaign performance indicators. Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement. Use analytical data to optimize engagement strategies and digital performance. Identify opportunities to improve processes and results. External Relations and Monitoring Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, influencers, journalists, and industry stakeholders. Conduct ongoing technology and competitor monitoring to identify digital trends and social media developments. 3. Candidate Profile Education and Experience Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, and online communication strategies. Technical Skills Excellent written communication skills in French. Good written and spoken English proficiency. Knowledge of social media management tools and performance analytics platforms. Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy. Knowledge of visual and video content creation tools is an advantage. Personal Qualities Creativity and innovative mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsiveness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to digital changes and emerging trends. 4. Working Conditions Remote position. Daily use of digital tools and social media platforms. Working hours may be adjusted according to campaign requirements and digital events. 5. Reporting Lines and Functional Relationships Direct Reporting To Marketing Manager / Communication Manager / Digital Manager. Functional Relationships Marketing, Communication, Sales, Design, and Development teams. Clients, partners, media representatives, and external service providers. Pay: Php17,600.00 - Php21,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
