Arden Consult · Fort Bonifacio

# Communications & Marketing Associate **Arden Consult** · Fort Bonifacio · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Communications & Marketing Associate Arden Consult is a legal, regulatory and commercial advisory firm that helps businesses enter and grow in the Philippine market. We work with clients in technology-driven industries, gaming and telecommunications, pairing deep regulatory expertise with a practical grasp of the commercial environment. Our advice helps local and international clients stay compliant, manage risk and capture new opportunities, and each engagement is tailored to the client’s goals. We are hiring a Communications & Marketing Associate for our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You will report to our Head of Communications and work closely with Arden leadership, our legal and regulatory team, and our commercial team. You will design and edit much of what Arden publishes, from LinkedIn visuals and short videos to the Arden Weekly Bulletin, and you will help manage our PR firms and creative partners. We are looking for at least five years of experience at a PR agency, in marketing, in the tech industry, at a TV network or in other media production. Your portfolio matters as much as your CV: we want to see original design and video work that you made yourself. You might be a good fit if - You have a strong design eye and want your work to look distinctive, not template-driven. - You enjoy taking complex regulatory topics and making them clear, accurate and engaging. - You are careful with facts, and you understand why accuracy and discretion matter in regulated industries. - You like handling several workstreams at once, from your own designs to briefs for external vendors. - You are a team player who works easily with lawyers, leadership and external partners. What you will do - Design original, on-brand visuals for LinkedIn, our website and other channels, including posters, quote cards, infographics, advisories and banners, using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. - Edit short-form video in-house with Premiere Pro, including event highlights, panel clips, interviews and explainers, and add basic motion graphics where they help. - Work with the legal team to turn policy and regulatory updates into the Arden Weekly Bulletin and subscriber advisories, and track each one from intake through legal review to sign-off and distribution. - Support our thought-leadership program, including Arden Insights articles, the Legal Guide Series and regulatory updates. - Help the Head of Communications draft press releases, media advisories, statements, talking points and speeches for Arden and our clients. - Build media lists, coordinate media inquiries and interviews, help brief spokespeople, monitor coverage, and prepare coverage reports. - Support outreach to media, industry associations, partners and prospective clients, and help build and maintain professional relationships with them. - Help plan and run roundtables, briefings, webinars, conferences and industry expos. - Develop marketing materials such as company profiles, primers, pamphlets and presentation decks, and keep website content accurate and current. - Manage day-to-day work with our PR firms and creative consultants: write briefs, set timelines, review outputs and consolidate feedback. - Research our industries, regulators and competitors, and verify every fact, figure and regulatory reference against primary sources before anything is published. - Maintain the content calendar and monitor engagement, mentions and messages. What we are looking for - At least five years of experience at a PR agency, in marketing, in the tech industry, at a TV network or in other media production. - Hands-on skill in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Canva is fine, but you must be able to create original, non-generic work that fits our brand. - Basic video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. - Working knowledge of media production and the editorial process, including research and fact-checking. - A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Broadcast, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Strong writing and editing skills in English. - A team player who works well with colleagues across communications, legal and commercial teams. - Close attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to work well with a team and with external vendors. Nice to have - Exposure to fintech, crypto and digital assets, iGaming or telecommunications. - Animation or motion graphics skills. - Experience organizing events such as conferences, roundtables and media events. - Experience with marketing and brand development research. - Familiarity with website CMS, email marketing, and social scheduling and analytics tools, such as Webflow and MailerLite. Why Arden Our communications team produces work in-house, so you will design, edit and publish from your first months instead of only coordinating others. You will work directly with leadership and lawyers on fintech, gaming and digital assets, which are some of the fastest-moving regulated sectors in the Philippines. How to apply This is a full-time, onsite role. Send your CV, a cover letter, and a portfolio of original design work and short edited videos (with a note on your role in each) to patricia.deguzman@ardenconsult.org. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
