In this role, you will assist in creating and carrying out communication plans, tracking how well they perform, and making sure our brand goals are met. Your main goal will be to help us communicate clearly with our audience to maintain a positive company image. Key Responsibilities: Company Communications Help write and prepare communication tools like press releases, reports, presentations, and speeches that highlight our company's value. Assist in sharing updates about our business performance with internal team members and external audiences using notices, newsletters, and website content. Help build and maintain good relationships with local and national media to promote a positive image of the company. Support different business units with organizing events, such as company town halls, vessel launches, or product rollouts. Work on projects that strengthen our group's brand image both inside and outside the organization. Social Media Management Create social media content and assist with media outreach to promote the company’s mission and vision. Keep an eye on our websites and social media channels, and put together monthly performance reports. Marketing & Advertisement Assist in planning and managing promotional campaigns across different platforms like social media and print. Help design and produce marketing materials for both digital and print use. Other Responsibilities Help update and maintain the company's Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) list. Complete other tasks assigned by the StratComm and Branding Manager. Qualifications Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing Communications, Development Communication, Public Relations, or a similar field. Minimum 300 internship/OJT hours to fulfill academic requirements. Key Competencies: A reliable team player who can also take initiative and work well on their own. Good written and verbal communication skills. A detail-oriented problem solver with good analytical thinking. Benefits: Staff meals provided Work Location: In person
