LTD.** · Singapore · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities Execute commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) activities across integrated building systems including BMS, HVAC, fire safety, security, and utility networks. Perform mechanical completion verification, system walkdowns, and pre-commissioning readiness assessments. Develop and execute validation protocols, FAT/SAT procedures, and system performance verification matrices. Review engineering deliverables including P&IDs, system schematics, control logic, and technical submittals. Conduct integrated functional testing, loop checks, cause-and-effect validation, and system interoperability assessments. Manage punch lists, NCRs, deviations, and closure of commissioning documentation packages. Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces across M&E, ELV, instrumentation, and automation teams. Validate SCADA integration, alarm management systems, and remote monitoring platforms. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and QA/QC governance frameworks. Prepare commissioning dossiers, validation reports, turnover documentation, and as-built verification records. Requirements Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation or equivalent). 4–8 years’ experience in commissioning, validation, or integrated systems QA/QC. Strong expertise in BMS, SCADA, HVAC, ELV, and industrial control systems. Proven exposure to large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical environments. Knowledge of FAT, SAT, loop checking, and system integration protocols. Strong capability in technical documentation, troubleshooting, and interface coordination. Ability to manage complex, multi-system commissioning environments independently.
