This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn. What You'll Do: Prospect and close new commercial accounts within the pest control/extermination industry Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility owners, and business decision-makers Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients Represent our company professionally in the field and at client meetings What We're Looking For: Proven experience in B2B or commercial sales (pest control, facilities services, or related industries a plus) Self-motivated with a strong drive to generate leads and close deals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team-oriented company culture Reliable transportation for travel within the NY/NJ region Compensation: Commission-based structure with no cap on earnings — top performers are rewarded directly for their results.
