We need a closer , not an appointment setter. You should be comfortable meeting property owners, building managers, HOAs, businesses, and other commercial clients, identifying roofing needs, presenting solutions, following up, and asking for the sale. What You'll Do Develop and close commercial roofing opportunities Follow up with company-provided leads and generate new business Meet clients onsite and evaluate roofing needs Present estimates and proposals Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms Maintain consistent follow-up until the deal is won or lost Keep leads, notes, and next steps updated in the CRM Build long-term relationships with commercial customers What We're Looking For Proven B2B or commercial sales experience Roofing, construction, solar, HVAC, restoration, or other home-services experience strongly preferred Comfortable selling commercial roofing projects Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills Able to prospect and develop your own opportunities Organized and comfortable using a CRM Confident meeting customers onsite throughout Chicagoland Commercial roofing experience with TPO, modified bitumen, EPDM, coatings, or flat roofing is a major plus. If you know how to develop relationships, follow opportunities aggressively, and close profitable commercial projects, we want to talk to you. Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
