Candidate will be obtaining, preparing and/or filing various documents, certificates, statements, amendments, and; forming limited liability companies and other entities. Duties include commercial loan document preparation, title commitments, title polices, preparation of settlement statements, performing UCC and other searches. Preparing and tracking closing checklists and transactional documentation from letter of intent through completion of closing binders. Participating in and attending closings; obtaining Registry of Deeds documentation; assisting with various lease documents; reviewing due diligence materials. Obtaining documents from various governmental agencies. Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Should have 3+ years of commercial or residential real estate work experience. Technology savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, E-Closing or similar software and Excel coupled with strong organizational and communication skills.
