Convert qualified opportunities into commercially viable, profitable engagements through strong negotiation and closing, and subsequently ensure smooth execution. Key responsibilities - Commercial / Closing - Take qualified opportunities from proposal stage towards closure. - Lead commercial conversations with clients. - Negotiate fees, scope, timelines and payment terms. - Handle price objections and competing quotations. - Protect agency value and profitability. - Restructure scope where necessary rather than automatically discounting. - Close deals and formalise commercial commitments. Operations _Ensure commitments made during sales are operationally feasible. _Coordinate internal teams after closure. _Manage timelines, resources and deliverables. _Manage client expectations during execution. _Identify and control scope creep. _Resolve execution/client issues. _Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery. _Track project commercials and profitability.
