We specialise in cardiovascular, endovascular and interventional technologies across the UK, GCC and Middle East. We work with international manufacturers, healthcare professionals and specialist distributors to support product development, clinical education, market growth and the introduction of advanced medical technologies. Our focus is on delivering knowledgeable, reliable and professional support across the medical device sector. The Role: Take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of commercial and operational activities supporting Mediva's medical device portfolio in Oman. Act as a key point of coordination between Mediva management, sub-distributors, healthcare professionals and external business partners, ensuring communication and follow-up are handled professionally and efficiently. Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the product portfolio so that accurate technical and clinical information can be communicated confidently to physicians, healthcare professionals and distributors. Plan and manage workload independently, prioritising multiple activities, maintaining accurate follow-up and ensuring operational requirements are completed within agreed timelines. Attend hospital and clinic visits in Oman and, when required, selected GCC markets to support product evaluations, product launches, training activities and distributor engagement. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with sub-distributors, business partners and internal teams to maintain clear communication, timely follow-up and effective execution of commercial and operational activities. Receive and process product orders, prepare and submit relevant documentation, and coordinate order fulfilment and shipment requirements from initiation through to completion. Monitor stock and inventory levels, maintain accurate operational records, and follow up on product availability and supply requirements to support continuity of service. Support hospital and clinic engagement, including product evaluations, product launches, training sessions and product-related enquiries from physicians and other healthcare professionals. Provide accurate and professional product support by understanding the clinical purpose, technical features and appropriate use of Mediva's portfolio, and communicating this information clearly to relevant stakeholders. Essential Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience within the medical device industry, with practical responsibility across product support, distributor coordination, commercial operations or a closely related function. Demonstrable knowledge of thrombectomy, endovascular and interventional vascular devices, including product ranges, clinical applications, technical features and key product differences. Relevant experience working with interventional radiology, vascular surgery or closely related hospital departments, with confidence communicating professionally with physicians and clinical teams. Previous experience within a medical device manufacturer, distributor or specialist healthcare organisation, with practical understanding of distributor coordination, product orders, documentation, shipments, stock and inventory processes. Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work full-time on-site in Muscat and travel as required for the role. Key Skills: Strong technical and clinical product knowledge, with the ability to learn and retain detailed information across multiple product ranges. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, with a professional approach when working with physicians, healthcare professionals, distributors and business partners. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with close attention to detail across orders, documentation, stock, shipments and ongoing follow-up. A high level of personal accountability, with the ability to work independently, organise priorities and take ownership of responsibilities from start to completion. Sound commercial awareness and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and respond effectively to changing operational requirements.
