Responsibilities

• Build and manage the India BD/Commercial team.
• Lead the team to develop clients, IBs, affiliates and business partners.
• Set team targets and manage performance.
• Develop growth strategies for the India market.
• Recruit, coach and develop BD team members.

Requirements

• Strong Forex/CFD industry experience.
• Previous sales, BD or commercial team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the India market and IB/partner development.
• Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
