Commercial Manager Location: Qatar Position: Commercial Manager Employment: Full-time Seaworks Company is looking for a highly experienced Commercial Manager to lead and manage our Commercial, Contracts, Procurement, Logistics, and Tendering functions across marine and infrastructure projects in Qatar. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related discipline . Bilingual in Arabic & English , with excellent speaking, writing, reading, and listening skills. Master’s Degree / MBA or equivalent is an advantage. Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIPS, PMP, CCM , or equivalent are advantageous. Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial Management . Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role . Proven experience in Marine Construction, Offshore, Dredging, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Heavy Civil Infrastructure projects is highly preferred. Currently / Previously working as a Commercial Manager . Available on a short notice period or holding a transferable visa , with the ability to join immediately / short notice. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial strategy, governance, and business operations . Manage and oversee contracts and commercial activities . Lead procurement and supply chain management . Manage logistics and related commercial activities . Oversee tendering, proposals, and business development . Conduct commercial negotiations with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Monitor project commercial performance, costs, risks, and contractual obligations. Ensure effective contract administration and commercial compliance. Support management in strategic business and project decisions.
