# Commercial Manager **Al Rams Group** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role COMMERCIAL MANAGER – CIVIL CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. - Minimum 7 years of UAE experience as a Commercial Manager or in a similar position. - Proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects . - Demonstrated track record of successfully completed construction projects . - Strong knowledge of construction procedures, project coordination, contracts, commercial management, and technical requirements . - Experience in handling project costs, variations, claims, valuations, and contract administration . - Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - UAE construction experience is mandatory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage the commercial aspects of residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. - Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow, variations, claims, and financial performance . - Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, quotations, and commercial agreements . - Prepare and review cost estimates, valuations, payment applications, and final accounts . - Identify and manage variations, contractual claims, risks, and cost implications . - Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Civil Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients . - Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual, commercial, technical, and company requirements . - Monitor project progress and provide regular commercial and financial reports to management. - Support tendering, pricing, procurement, and contract negotiations . - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE construction regulations, contracts, and company policies .
