Commercial Litigation Attorney

Seeking highly organized and detail-oriented business/commercial litigation attorney with at least 1-3 years of experience. Superior writing, cite checking, organizing, and research skills. Deep understanding of rule 9A, rules of evidence, and rules of civil procedure. Excellent at drafting interrogatories, document requests, and proofreading. Must be able to assist with all stages of litigation and fully understand discovery (rule 9A). Candidate should have familiarity with the following applications: CLIO, Microsoft office, teams, excel, reveal, adobe, Dropbox, westlaw (coccouncil), lexis (protégé) and netdocs. Attorneys will attend depositions, court hearings, argue motions, and sit second seat for trials/mediations/arbitrations with mentorship from seasoned attorneys. Pay range depends on experience.
