The firm is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Associate to join its New York office. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, substantive litigation experience, and the ability to manage complex matters in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD from a top accredited law school with strong academic performance
• 3rd–5th year associate (Class of 2024–2022)
• Substantive commercial litigation experience
• Excellent writing and oral presentation skills
• Admission to the New York Bar

Compensation

Pay Range: $235,000 – $310,000 Salary may vary based on experience.

Pay: $235,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
