Do you know what happens when aCPI rent review is keyed in wrong, or when an outgoings reconciliation doesn’tbalance against the invoices behind it?
We’re placing a PropertyManagement Administrator for an established Australian commercial andresidential property management business. You’ll work fully remote from thePhilippines on Australian business hours, supporting a team of propertymanagers across a live portfolio — actioning rent reviews, preparing outgoingsreconciliations, issuing recharge invoices, and keeping tenant, owner and leaserecords accurate from the day a property comes on.
This is commercial leaseadministration, not general real estate admin. Rent reviews, recoverableoutgoings and tenant recharges are the core of the job, so it suits someone whoalready understands what a lease is telling them to do and can act on it withoutbeing walked through each step.
You’ll build genuine Australiancommercial property experience — CPI, fixed and market reviews, outgoingsreconciliations, GST on recharges — the kind of lease-side depth that is farscarcer than residential property admin and takes your career well beyondgeneral VA work. You’ll do it inside established processes with propertymanagers who are there to answer questions.
