Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager
Job Summary: We are a 105-year-old, family-owned & operated company with a long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, & service. We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities Estimate commercial HVAC projects from plans, specifications, & bid documents. Perform material and labor takeoffs & obtain vendor/subcontractor pricing. Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout. Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, & field personnel. Manage project budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, & billing. Identify & resolve project issues while maintaining schedule & profitability. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating/project management experience. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems & construction practices. Ability to read mechanical plans & specifications. Strong organizational, communication, & problem-solving skills. Experience with estimating & construction management software preferred. HVAC field experience is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. Benefits package and 401(k).
