This role combines strategic planning, precise estimating, and effective project execution to deliver high-quality flooring solutions that meet client specifications and deadlines. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding results. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Duties - Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting strategies. - Prepare accurate and competitive estimates by analysing project requirements, material costs, labour needs, and subcontractor quotes. - Collaborate with clients, architects, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate project activities and resolve issues proactively. - Oversee the procurement process by sourcing materials, negotiating prices, and managing vendor relationships. - Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress, quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. - Manage project documentation meticulously, including change orders, progress reports, and safety records. - Prioritize tasks effectively through excellent time management skills to meet multiple project deadlines simultaneously. Qualifications - Proven experience in commercial flooring installation projects with a strong background in estimating and project management. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently through exceptional time management skills. - Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards. - Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members clearly and professionally. - Ability to analyse project data accurately to develop precise estimates and schedules. - Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related fields are a plus but not mandatory. Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
