Requirements: * 10+ years in commercial/contracts management in construction or specialist subcontracting, including 5+ years in the UAE/GCC * Strong command of FIDIC forms (Red/Yellow/Silver Book) and UAE contracting practice * Demonstrated capability in variations, Extension of Time (EOT) and cost claims * Proficiency in measurement (CESMM4/NRM) and QS software (CostX, Candy or similar) * Fluent English; MRICS/RICS or CIArb accreditation preferred Pay: AED7,262.88 - AED29,999.07 per month Work Location: In person
