Key Responsibilities Generate and update daily outlet-SKU forecasts based on sales and demand. Manage Order Fill Rate by aligning supply, logistics, and sales orders. Format and post sales orders according to system requirements. Facilitate weekly SO meetings and align stakeholders on plans, targets, and inventory. Process customer creation, inquiries, allocations, and system maintenance. Monitor operational KPIs and provide sales visibility using Tableau. Maintain and monitor inventory levels per outlet. Process inter-plant transfers and secure stocks for pending orders. Consolidate customer PO/SO requirements and prepare sales documents. Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor orders, inventory, and deliveries to support sales objectives. Prepare accurate reports and data insights for decision-making.
