The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Collibra Data Catalog, Business Glossary, Marketplace, Workflows, and Data Governance , with experience implementing and rolling out Collibra in large enterprise or regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Support Collibra evaluation, scope validation, and MVP activities . Develop and support Collibra migration strategies , including current-state assessment and migration planning. Configure and implement Collibra Data Catalog, Business Glossary, Marketplace, and Workflows . Leverage Collibra Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities while aligning with the organization's data governance operating model. Support migration of existing data registries and governance assets into Collibra. Drive Collibra migration and implementation activities from planning through execution. Provide hands-on expertise in Collibra configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and administration . Collaborate with data owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams . Guide implementation teams and ensure adherence to Collibra and Data Governance best practices . Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and upskilling to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Governance / Data Management. Strong hands-on experience with Collibra . Expertise in Collibra Data Catalog, Business Glossary, Marketplace, and Workflows . Experience with Collibra Configuration, Implementation, and Migration . Strong understanding of Enterprise Data Governance processes and operating models. Experience working with large enterprises or regulated environments is preferred. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills . Preferred Experience Experience implementing and rolling out Collibra across large organizations . Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated environments . Experience with federated data ownership and governance models .
