We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Collegiate Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities Managing key customer accounts Building and maintaining positive customer relationships Handling customer and vendor inquiries and disputes via phone and email Processing orders and art requests Tracking orders and following up with vendors to make sure deadlines are met Working with collegiate licensing entities Providing direct support to sales representatives in the field via phone and email Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory 2+ years previous customer service experience Ability to multi-task and set priorities Ability to resolve problems independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Travel once a year, for week long trade show; includes trade show participation (preparation, set up, tear down, etc.) Must be able to lift up to 25lbs when assisting with trade show exhibits Join us as a Collegiate Account Manager and become a vital part of our mission!
