These initiatives promote comprehensive care while supporting Risk Adjustment and Star Ratings objectives. Position Summary The Supplemental Programs Business Analyst Co-op will report to the Supplemental Programs Manager and support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of program operations. This role provides hands-on experience working with data, business processes, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Key areas of responsibility include: - Operational Support - Provider and Vendor Support - Data Quality and Process Improvement - Program Analytics and Reporting The co-op will assist in developing executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and business performance analyses. This opportunity is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, solving complex business problems, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities - Support day-to-day program operations and administration. - Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Assist with provider and vendor communications and operational support activities. - Develop reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership. - Monitor data quality and recommend process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives. - Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects as assigned.
