PERSOL Hong Kong: Employment Agency Licence No. 80860 Our client is a licensed financial institution registered in Hong Kong, primarily specializing in digital finance and cross-border e-commerce lending services. Responsibilities: Perform credit management and debt collection actions Follow up on outstanding corporate accounts via phone call, email or various communication channels Liaise with different internal parties in resolving disputes and outstanding accounts Monitor customer payment behaviour, make appropriate escalation when necessary Handle and follow up any unidentified payment receipts and invalid cheques Conduct regular debts assignment to external collecting agencies and monitor the recovery performance Handle IVA cases and bankruptcy cases Handle small claim documents Handle other credit control issues and ad hoc assignments Requirements: Diploma Holder or above in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline 2-5 years’ working experience Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Excel and MS Word Customer service experience is a plus Contract period: 12 months (Renewable) Benefits: Paid sick leave, Medical Working location: Causeway Bay To apply for this position, please simply click on the “APPLY” button or send your full resume in Word format to [email redacted, apply via Company website] indicating the job title.
