Overall monitoring of internal collection per month Monitoring of total collection and slide collection of the month Setting collection goals and targets for both internal and external Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit. Implementing collection policies and procedures to avoid excessive outstanding credit. Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with legal regulations. Negotiating with customers in cases when non-payment occurs. Prepare regular reports summarizing performance per month Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time JOB SPECIFICATIONS Graduate of any four-year Business Course Must have product and process knowledge Possesses excellent communication and listening skills With professional attitude and strong work ethics Has the ability to build and maintain good relationship with clients Computer proficient, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
