You will lead your business, with access to experienced business builders, domain experts, and capital provided by the Hamilton Bradshaw MENA ecosystem.

The Opportunity

As the Founder, you will take responsibility for building and growing the business, including:

• Defining your lending proposition, target market and growth strategy.
• Originating opportunities and developing long-term relationships with borrowers and introducers.
• Establishing robust credit assessment, underwriting and approval processes.
• Structuring facilities and overseeing due diligence, documentation and security.
• Developing relationships with funding and capital partners.
• Managing portfolio performance, credit risk and recoveries.
• Recruiting and leading a high-performing team.
• Managing budgets, cash flow and profitability.
• Ensuring appropriate licensing, compliance and governance.

Who we’re looking for

An experienced private credit, commercial lending or structured finance professional who is ready to launch their own venture, or an existing founder looking to scale.

You will bring:

• A strong track record in originating, underwriting and managing credit.
• An understanding of the UAE and international markets and relevant commercial relationships.
• The ability to assess risk, structure lending solutions and exercise sound credit judgement.
• Experience building relationships with borrowers, investors and funding partners.
• The ability to win business, lead people and deliver results.
• A commitment to integrity, accountability and responsible lending.
• A clear and executable business plan, including your proposed lending focus and funding model.
