Coffee Shop Manager
We are hiring a Coffee Shop Manager for a large premium café operation in Abu Dhabi & Dubai . We are looking for an experienced, hands-on manager who can confidently lead a large team and oversee the full daily operation of a high-volume coffee shop with indoor and outdoor seating, specialty coffee, breakfast, bakery and pastry operations. Key responsibilities include: Managing daily café operations Leading and scheduling the full team Maintaining high customer service standards Monitoring sales, stock, wastage and operational costs Coordinating with bar, kitchen, bakery, pastry and procurement teams Handling customer complaints and service issues Ensuring cleanliness, food safety and operational standards Reviewing daily sales and performance reports Managing opening, shift handover and closing procedures Requirements: Previous experience as a Café Manager, Coffee Shop Manager or Restaurant Manager Strong leadership and team-management skills UAE hospitality experience preferred Experience in high-volume operations Good understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house operations Strong English communication skills Specialty coffee experience is an advantage Highly organized, professional and hands-on Location: Abu Dhabi & Dubai Position: Full-Time Candidates with strong operational experience and proven leadership in premium café or restaurant environments are encouraged to apply.
