We are building a power system that has to run on its own when everything around it has failed. It matters for energy security and security of supply. The problem is universal: it is not limited to Finland or the Nordics, and the need is growing wherever power has to stay on when the grid does not. We share the full concept after a first conversation.

We do not develop the core components ourselves: they are bought in. We design, assemble and operate the complete system. The hard part, and our IP, is the control layer that makes different power sources behave as one reliable, islanded system, and the remote operation around it.

What you will own

• System architecture from first prototype to a certified product.
• The control software and the team that builds it.
• Component and supplier choices, CE, grid codes and cybersecurity.
• The technical story in front of partners, customers and funders.

You probably have

• 10+ years in power electronics, microgrids, UPS, gensets or battery storage.
• Hands-on experience of islanding, grid-forming inverters or hybrid power system control.
• Experience taking hardware through certification into production.
• The wish to build a company, not just a product.

What we offer

A founding stake in the company from day one, with standard vesting, two co-founders who own the business side (customers, partners, funding), and a problem that keeps growing. Salary once the company is funded; staged start is possible. Base in Finland, preferably the Helsinki region.
