The Opportunity

We're looking for an entrepreneurial sports industry professional who wants to become a Co-Founder and help build ReWire from the ground up.

You'll lead athlete relationships, sponsorship development, commercial partnerships, and agency growth. The existing Founder & CEO leads technology, product, strategy, and marketing.

This is a hands-on business-building opportunity with meaningful equity ownership—not a traditional salaried management position.

What You'll Own

• Athlete Representation: Build relationships with collegiate and professional athletes, recruit talent, and develop their commercial potential.
• Sponsorship Development: Connect athletes with brands, negotiate partnerships, and generate revenue.
• Agency Growth: Build our athlete roster, attract clients, develop partnerships, and scale commercial operations.
• Business Strategy: Work directly with the Founder & CEO to build a differentiated, technology-driven sports agency.

• Current or former sports agent, athlete representative, sponsorship executive, or sports industry professional.
• Strong relationships with athletes, brands, sponsors, or sports organizations.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities, negotiate deals, and generate revenue.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial ambition, and genuine interest in building a business.
• Someone ready to be an owner and builder—not simply an employee.

Partnership Opportunity

This is an operating Co-Founder position with meaningful equity ownership, revenue participation, and strategic decision-making authority. Final partnership terms will be mutually agreed.

Partnership Structure

The role will include meaningful equity ownership, revenue participation, vesting, and decision-making authority to be agreed between the co-founders.

The right person will bring more than a network or occasional introductions. We are looking for a business partner who wants to build the agency, grow the athlete roster, generate revenue, and create something valuable over the long term.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
