If you excel at holding tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment and take pride in turning out quality components from scratch, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do Programming & CAM: Create, modify, and optimize programs using Autodesk Fusion 360 and manual G-code . Setup & Operation: Perform full, independent setups and run 2-axis and 4-axis CNC mills and lathes equipped with Haas and Fanuc controllers . Material Handling: Work with a diverse range of materials, primarily steel, stainless steel, and plastics . Quality Assurance: Rigorously inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure strict adherence to high tolerances and quality standards. Collaboration & Communication: Work proactively with team members, maintaining clear and effective communication in English. What We're Looking For (Requirements) Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on CNC programming, setup, and operating experience. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 and raw G-code . Proven track record operating Haas and Fanuc controls. Demonstrated ability to perform full independent setups and hold demanding, high-level tolerances. Language: Professional working proficiency in English. A proactive self-starter who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to a changing, dynamic shop environment.
