The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Metal, Acrylic, and Fabric cutting , as well as Laser Cutting and Laser Engraving , along with the leadership skills required to keep daily production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Design, prepare, and operate CNC and laser cutting machines . Handle Metal, Acrylic, and Fabric cutting projects. Operate laser cutting and laser engraving machines . Prepare CNC/laser files, layouts, and production drawings. Manage daily production schedules and prioritize workloads. Supervise and coordinate the production/CNC team. Assign jobs to operators and ensure work is completed on schedule. Monitor production quality, accuracy, and material usage. Troubleshoot machine, design, and production issues. Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines. Train and guide team members when required. Ensure machines, tools, and work areas are properly maintained. Maintain a smooth and organized workflow from design to final production. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Designer & Operator / Laser Machine Operator . Strong experience with Metal, Acrylic, and Fabric cutting . Experience in Laser Cutting and Laser Engraving . Knowledge of CNC programming and Designing software. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Previous experience managing or supervising a team. Excellent people-management and workload-management skills . Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Good communication and leadership skills.
