You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective CMS solutions that enhance digital content management, user experience, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for CMS-related initiatives. Configure and optimize CMS platforms to support content publishing, workflow management, approvals, and digital experiences. Collaborate with business users, developers, UX teams, and project stakeholders to design and implement CMS solutions. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to maximize CMS capabilities. Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation activities. Provide functional expertise during enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and integration projects. Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation. Support issue resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for CMS-related functional issues. Assist with change management and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation. Ensure solutions align with governance, compliance, and content management standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or CMS Consultant. Experience working with CMS platforms such as: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sitecore Drupal WordPress Kentico Contentful Optimizely (Episerver) Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. Understanding of digital content workflows, web content management, and user experience concepts. Excellent communication, documentation, and facilitation skills.
