In this strategic leadership role, responsible for ensuring product availability, service excellence, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency across the cluster. The role partners closely with commercial teams, regional stakeholders, and global Supply Chain functions to support business growth while leading and developing a high-performing Supply Chain organization. Main Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate end-to-end Supply Chain activities across Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan markets Manage the Hong Kong Supply Chain team directly and provide leadership to local Supply Chain Managers across the Cluster Align market priorities with regional and global Supply Chain strategies, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused, and performance-driven team culture Ensure effective deployment and governance of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across all markets Consolidate cluster demand forecasts and manage key risks and opportunities Monitor forecast performance and implement initiatives to improve planning accuracy Oversee customer service and order-to-cash activities across the cluster, monitor service levels and customer satisfaction metrics Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen service delivery and operational reliability Guarantee efficient warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations Ensure effective escalation and resolution of critical service issues Maintain compliance with quality, customs, regulatory, and trade requirements Drive logistics optimization initiatives while safeguarding service performance, lead projects to improve logistics networks and operational effectiveness Monitor and manage key Supply Chain performance indicators across the cluster Drive productivity and cost optimization initiatives, identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and develop action plans to address them Provide strategic recommendations and regular performance updates to regional leadership Coach, develop, and empower Supply Chain team across the cluster, support succession planning and capability-building initiatives Promote engagement, knowledge sharing, and cross-market collaboration, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement About You: University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field Solid experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or Operations roles, within FMCG or a fast-moving consumer environment Strong expertise in demand planning, S&OP, customer service, logistics, and inventory management Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and drive operational excellence Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures Proven leadership experience managing regional or multi-country teams Fluent English communication skills; additional Asian language capabilities would be an advantage About Ferrero: Ferrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946.
