Organization: Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre Job Title: Cluster Head Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate About the Role Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for an experienced Cluster Head to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple centres in Bengaluru. The role involves coordinating centre teams, monitoring operational standards, supporting business growth, and ensuring a consistent patient experience across locations. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate operations across multiple centres in the assigned cluster. Monitor centre performance, patient experience, staffing, and daily activities. Work closely with Centre Managers and department heads to achieve operational goals. Review revenue, expenses, productivity, and other key performance indicators. Support centres in improving patient flow and service quality. Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards. Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning with the HR team. Conduct regular centre visits and review team performance. Prepare operational reports and share updates with senior management. Support new centre launches and process improvements when required. Maintain effective communication between management and centre teams. Eligibility Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience in hospital, healthcare, fertility, diagnostics, or multi-unit operations. Experience managing multiple branches or healthcare centres is preferred. Strong team management and operational coordination skills. Willingness to travel between centres in Bengaluru.
