About the role Snap Fitness Burwood is looking for a self-motivated and results driven Club Manager, with a big personality to look after our 10 year old club. - (with potential to be the AREA MANAGER with higher salary with the right experience), Do you love and breathe fitness? Do you have a proven track record of running a successful club over 1,000+ members? Are you creative, self-motivated, driven to achieve results and hit targets? Do you love interacting with members and supporting your team of 8x Personal Trainers? About the Franchisee Owner of 3 other highly successful clubs. The other Managers have a combined 20+ years' experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. Work with and be trained by other highly skilled and successful Managers with proven track records. Benefits and perks - Generous Base Salary - Bonus Structure of an additional $10K per Year - Free ongoing training and travel (annual Snap Fitness Summits) - Free Gym membership for you and your partner Skills and experience requirements - Certificate III and IV in Fitness (a bonus though not a deal breaker) - 3+ years' experience in Management or leading a team in the Fitness Industry - 3+ years' experience in any customer service industry (not specifically a gym) - Experience in a sales role - A strong leader - Experience in recruiting, training and driving a Personal Trainer team - Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined and driven to achieve results - Experience in Social media channels - Required to work Monday-Friday 10am-7pm About you - You're the sole driving force of the business.
