You'll handle service inspections, incident response, resource scaling, version changes, and help drive continuous improvement of our operations standards. This role operates on a 24/7 shift rotation, including 1–2 night shifts per month, with night shift allowance provided. Key Responsibilities Provide after-sales operations and maintenance support for private cloud products, including service inspections, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, and version changes Manage customer-reported issues, track stability risks, and ensure stable operation of customer environments Triage urgent/important incidents, escalate to backend resources promptly, and minimize business impact for customers Document and refine standard operating procedures to strengthen team capability and service quality Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud computing delivery/operations, with proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud) — e.g., AWS EC2/ELB or Azure VM/VNet Strong knowledge of Linux systems, containers, and Kubernetes; solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPC) and troubleshooting Proficient in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or Shell) for automation Familiarity with change management and data security best practices in production environments Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required for cross-regional customer support) Willingness to work a 24/7 on-call/shift rotation, including occasional night shifts Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and team collaboration skills Preferred: AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Benefits Night shift allowance Competitive salary up to MYR 12,000/month Work Location: Remote
