Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain mission-critical cloud systems and services. - Work closely with SRE partners and cross-functional teams. - Act as an escalation point for user support, troubleshooting, and systems administration. - Investigate and resolve technical and infrastructure issues. - Contribute to process documentation, reporting, data analysis, and automation. - Recommend solutions to improve systems and operational efficiency. - Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud platforms and services. - Lead engineering projects and initiatives to drive technical excellence. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. - Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS and hands-on experience with at least one other public cloud platform such as Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud. - Experience with cloud design/architecture is a plus. - Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices across public, private, or hybrid cloud environments. - Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, GitLab, GitHub, Artifactory, Jenkins, TeamCity, or Spinnaker . - Experience deploying applications using Kubernetes . - Hands-on experience in technical customer support, particularly with systems, infrastructure, and cloud services. - AWS or other relevant cloud certifications are preferred.
