Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales presentations. Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure maximum conversions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the sourcing team for lead management and updates. Maintain strong relationships with clients. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems. Support documentation with legal and accounts teams. Participate in project launches and sales events. Ensure adherence to company sales processes. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing ability. Customer-focused approach. Ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel. Team coordination and time management. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
