We are seeking someone with a proven track record recruiting outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapists throughout the NY Tri-State area who can build and manage a strong clinical talent pipeline. This is not simply a job-posting role. We want someone who knows how to attract PTs and OTs beyond Indeed and LinkedIn through relationships, direct outreach, referrals, professional networks and PT/OT schools.
