Qualifications: - At least two years’ experience in a clinical healthcare recruitment role. - Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector. - Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards. - Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques. - Superb written and oral communication skills. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. - Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
