As we enter an exciting phase of expansion, we are seeking an exceptional Clinic Operations & Commercial Manager to lead our next stage of growth. This is not a traditional clinic manager role. We are looking for a strategic healthcare leader with a strong commercial mindset who can optimize operations, elevate the patient experience, develop high-performing teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities -Excellence in handling the day-to-day operations of the medical centre , ensuring smooth, efficient, and patient-focused service delivery. -Maintain strong knowledge in handling insurance patients and insurance-related processes, including eligibility verification, pre-authorizations, approvals, claims coordination, and resolving insurance-related issues. -Demonstrate strong knowledge of DOH requirements and healthcare/hospital settings, including clinical operations, patient safety, documentation, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. -Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, billing, insurance, and other departments to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service. -Monitor clinic performance, patient volumes, appointment schedules, waiting times, and operational KPIs. -Ensure accurate and timely patient registration, medical documentation, billing, insurance processing, and claims submission. -Support internal and external audits and ensure the clinic remains prepared for DOH inspections and regulatory assessments. -Develop and monitor operational KPIs and performance dashboards. - Improve patient conversion, retention, memberships, and lifetime value through exceptional patient journey management. - Optimize physician schedules, treatment room utilization, and clinic productivity. - Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to implement strategic initiatives and launch new service lines.healthcare organization. - Demonstrated success in managing premium healthcare facilities with significant monthly revenue. - Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, operational KPIs, and performance improvement. - Experience in premium aesthetic, wellness, longevity, cosmetic surgery, fertility, or specialty medical centers is highly preferred. -Prepare operational reports and provide management with updates on clinic performance, staffing, revenue, insurance collections, and outstanding claims. -Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve clinic performance. - Develop SOPs, quality improvement initiatives, and operational excellence programs. - Partner with marketing and business development teams to maximize lead conversion and return on investment. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. - MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly desirable. - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations. - At least 4 years in a leadership role within a private Build, coach, and inspire high-performing front office, nursing, customer service, and administrative teams. - Optimize physician schedules, treatment room utilization, and clinic productivity. - Collaborate closely with the Medical Director to implement strategic initiatives and launch new service lines.healthcare organization. - Demonstrated success in managing premium healthcare facilities with significant monthly revenue. - Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, operational KPIs, and performance improvement. - Experience in premium aesthetic, wellness, longevity, cosmetic surgery, fertility, or specialty medical centers is highly preferred. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
