Clinic Operation Manager (Medical & Healthcare)
Job Description : Oversee day-to-day operations and business performance across multiple clinic locations to ensure operational excellence. Lead and support the commencement of both existing and new services, new centre set-ups, and ongoing operations, ensuring full compliance with licensing and regulatory standards Manage the full spectrum of clinic operations, including manpower planning, customer case management, financial forecasting, and budgeting. Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold superior hospitality, clinical safety, and service standards. Conduct regular center visits to audit and ensure strict implementation of Company policies, procedures, and PHFO requirements. Coach frontline teams on customer service (CS) and consultative selling skills; provide regular training to ensure premium service standards. Maintain high customer satisfaction, address complaints promptly, and execute targeted improvement plans. Perform ad-hoc strategic projects and tasks as required by the management. Requirements : Degree in Healthcare Management or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of solid experience in multi-clinic operations and healthcare administration. Deep familiarity with the Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance (PHFO, Cap. 633) and relevant regulatory requirements in Hong Kong. Proven track record in clinic or Day Procedure Centre (DPC) set-up and license application is a significant advantage. Proficient in using Clinic Management Systems, with hands-on experience in Apriot and Clinic Solutions preferred. Strong interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
